The orders are fulfilled from either the UK or the EU branch so there are NO charges by the customs.

Items in stock in the UK will ship with RM 24, personalised items will ship from the EU with RM 48 - please allow 4-5 days after dispatch for tracking to update

Import Duties
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country (outside of UK and EU).
We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. Full payment will be required before the order is dispatched.
