Delivery Policy
We fulfil orders from either our UK or EU branch. Personalised and custom orders are fulfilled from our EU branch. Wherever possible, we try to ship items to avoid unnecessary delays and import duties. All VAT is included in the prices. The USA tariffs are not included in the prices.

Delivery within the UK
Stock items in the UK will ship with RM 24, personalised items will ship from the EU branch with RM 48 - please allow 4-5 days after dispatch for the tracking to update.
