Delivery Policy
The orders are fulfilled from either the UK or the EU branch, this is to minimise any delays and further charges due to customs.
As most of our items are made to order to the best quality possible, we allow up to 5 working days to dispatch your order at busy times.

Delivery within the UK
We normally post all packages in the UK with Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class service.

Import Duties
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country.
We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery. Full payment will be required before the order is dispatched.
