Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

You must notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund. The returned item must be received within 14 days since your notification. We will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item back. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Should you choose to return or exchange your order you will need to deliver the goods back to us. You will be responsible for the products until they reach us and we recommend you use a trackable delivery method.

If you return an item to us that is faulty or which you did not order, we will also refund you for the full cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the original order.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all personalised goods and custom orders are non-refundable and therefore not eligible for a return, unless faulty.

SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (if applicable)

We will process returns as quickly as possible and we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
